Around 11:13 AM, (Today January 24 2013) Cauayan City Rescue Team received a call from Mr. Buccan reporting a vehicular accident transpired at Mansibang, Nagulian, Isabela.
CCRT responded immediately and upon arrival we have identified the victim as;
1. 55 years old, male, aresident of Zone # 3, San. Mariano, Isabela. He suffered from an abrasion on his left leg, contusion on his back, and pain on his upper extremities to the extent that he could not position his self-flat on bed. Wound care was done, vital signs were taken and recorded, oxygen inhalation via nasal cannula regulated at 3 liters/min given.

He was riding a Mitsubishi pajero with plate # XLB 386. He was not intoxicated with alcohol and he was carrying a driver’s license with him. He was conveyed to Cauayan Medical Specialist and was properly endorsed to the resident doctor on duty for further management of his case.
